New Patients
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality restorative dental services in a comfortable environment.

We welcome new patients to our office. We will carefully review your medical history and your previous dental history to ensure we can give you a brighter, healthier, more attractive smile.

Initial Appointment

Dr. Seal will meet with you first to discuss your specific needs and concerns, after which a thorough clinical examination will be performed.

We will examine your teeth carefully, inspecting each surface and the structural integrity. The relationship of the teeth and the bite will be measured. Also, an evaluation of the teeth and lips and dimensions of the face will be made.

You will be examined for tooth decay, oral cancer and gum (periodontal) disease. Some dental impressions (diagnostic models) and photographs may also be taken at this time.

Dr. Seal will review the clinical findings with you and provide recommendations for treatment. In complex cases, a separate follow up consultation appointment may be required. This allows Dr. Seal to completely analyze all the findings of the examination and diagnostic records.

You will spend approximately 90 minutes in our office at your initial appointment.

Please contact us or call our office at (214) 361-0883, to schedule your first appointment.

What to Bring to Your First Appointment

• A completed New Patient Form
• Any recent radiographs (x-rays)
• Any other dental records

If you require assistance in obtaining x-rays from another dental office, please contact us or call our office at (214) 361-0883, prior to your first appointment.

Consultation/Treatment Plan

In a private consultation, Dr. Seal will review the clinical findings and recommend the proper treatment for your care. It is important you understand the ideal treatment plan and the expected long term results together with the time and costs involved.

We believe the ideal treatment to be the most conservative procedures which yield the best long-term result. We will also discuss treatment rationale and alternative treatments to help you in the decision making process.

We want you to be comfortable that you will be receiving the care you desire.
