A forty-three year old female presented a fractured tooth that was non-restorable. A recommendation was made to replace the tooth with an implant. After the implant was placed and had healed, the patient returned to our office for the restoration.
During the second phase of treatment, impressions were recorded and our laboratory began fabrication of the crowns.
During her final visit the crowns were fitted and cemented permanently. The implant now functions like a natural tooth.
